I’m Jay, founder of Bobcat Roofing, and roofing has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I learned the trade firsthand by walking roofs with my dad and developing a deep understanding of the industry.

After earning my Management degree from Texas State University, I started Bobcat Roofing with one goal: to provide homeowners with honest guidance, quality craftsmanship, and a roofing experience they can feel confident about.

I personally meet every customer and stay involved throughout the entire process to ensure everything runs smoothly. At Bobcat Roofing, we believe roofing is about more than just completing a project, it’s about helping you make informed decisions and building relationships based on trust and reliability.

I recently had a roof installed by Bobcat Roofing. First of all, I knew this was going to be a complex project so I got 3 quotes. The first company was $9-12k above Jay’s quote and the other company. So they got eliminated obviously!

I chose Bobcat for my metal roof and Hardie siding because Jay is extremely thorough and detailed! He was on top of all communication including having to do with rain delays. Once his crew got in there they did an amazing job. I’m very pleased with my new metal roof.

Showed up just a little early which was a positive first impression.  The young man’s name was Jay.  He is the owner.  Very sharp guy!!  He did the roof inspection and it took him about 15 minutes or so.  He pointed out some minor issues with caulking and I asked him if he does minor work like that and he didn’t hesitate to say “of course”.  It took him about 15 more minutes.  He charged me a reasonable price.  I pretty sure Bobcat Roofing is a generational business and it shows.  I was very comfortable with Jay and recommend him without question. Within two hours of calling Bobcat their team was onsite, identified the problem and was able to fix it before the next storm started. Excellent customer service, knowledgable, very fair and did not try upsell. Absolutely will be using them for any future roofing projects and highly recommend.
